Paripurna Navasana

Performance: 

   Sit down on the floor, legs stretched in front, put the palms on the floor on both sides of waste, elbows strait, keep the back strait and a little turned forward.

Keep in this position a few seconds. 

Exhale, push body a little back, at the same time raise both legs, knees don’t bend, feet stretched and strait forward above the head. Palms raised above the floor, elbows without bending stretch hands on the direction of knees, palms turned inside on the level of shoulders.

Keep in this position 30 seconds, breathe fluidly and synchronically.

Little by little the duration may be extended up to 1 minute and more. Influence of asana one will feel after 20 seconds.

Body weight is on back. Exhale, bend legs and pull hands down, sit on the floor and rest. 
  

Positive influence:

This posture activates the treatment of gastrointestinal disturbance, activates kidneys functions. Burns fat in waste and stomach parts.
